I did not change - you made me change
I did not leave - you made me leave
I did not forget - you made me move

I stopped laughing - you made me cry
I stopped thinking- you made me mad
I stopped breathing - you made me suffocate

I stopped hoping - you made me despair
I stopped dreaming - you made me numb
I stopped believing - you made me doubt

But now I rise, stronger than before
No longer bound by your chains of scorn
I reclaim my voice, my spirit unbound
In the face of darkness, I'll be found

I am strong - I know where I belong
I will found my way and it's not far away
