Hark now hear the Angels sing,
Jesus Christ was born today,
And He will sing for evermore, until
He’s blown this Earth away.

I saw a poster today that said:
“When you are all gone I will still be here”, and,
it made me think that Jesus Christ
wouldn’t even sacrifice a tear,
when we are all just smouldering ash
on this burnt-out, mortal earth, and,
Jesus Christ will be born again, and,
Praised for his new, re-birth.
