Thou art no more on earth!
Where hast thou gone - to seek peace and joy?
Life on earth hath been entalged with thorns and blossoms,
Thorns shall break, blossoms shall wither,
And this is the fate of life on earth.
Thy demise hath blackened thy daughter's future,
Why didn't you think of her future?
Who hath burnt thy heart - is it he?
He himself hath stolen thy nuptial ring!
The sky sheds tears upon thy departure,
The waters have turned red,
Trees bear no blossoms,
The morning ruler hath lost his countenance,
The night queen hath been veiled by thy loss.
Thou hast been a cradle of many an orphan,
Countless street-walkers have earned thy kindness,
Thou hast been a panacea to peace less souls,
Thy words have healed many a troubled heart.
This is the statement of life for everyone,
All those born on earth ought to leave the stage,
Each one hath one's time to end the show,
It's thy time to draw down the curtain of thy life,
Didn't you think of thy daughter?
Thou ought to have seen her life with roses,
May the Lord send His angels to give life unto thy daughter!
Thou shalt be an unseen guest to thy daughter's home.
Farewell into thee!
Yet, thou art in our minds.
