Eekquality Poem by Ima Ryma

Eekquality

Listen my children - you shall hear
Of how the U.S. Department
Of Education does appear
At a Michigan school to vent
Outrage that boys' bleachers were much
Nicer than the girls' bleachers were,
Such inequality was such,
A tear down boys' seats must occur.
No rising tides lifting all boats,
Better all boats be in the mud.
Equality - big gov promotes,
Equal is easier with crud.

Some boys and girls have learned at school,
Dumb equality is the rule.
