It is to revolve round
When you have nothing great to do.
The Earth is never bored.
Great philosophy conveyed in this verse! When one is active, one is engaged with the mind. Thoughts have no ability to turn inward. So well done, Subhas.

Yes, at times we sit idly and roam about things in a round about way, nothing to bother, none to be angry at, still it is a routined job. Unlike Earth we are bored and search for an escape. Not so easy really to go easy.
