Earth Water Rain Dressed Green Vibrant Poem by Terence George Craddock

Earth Water Rain Dressed Green Vibrant

earth sweatless suffers in heat droughts
green vibrant garment heat stripped into rags
vegetation withers into dust sun baked earth
cracked wrinkled with waterless age like an old
woman earth heat ravaged time spent drying

seasons are simple precipitation heat cold formulas

warm rain welcome in summer washes
down dirt dust winter rain cold colder freezing
snow or ice falling on mountains land lakes rivers
too little rain drought too much rain flood
earth water balance is a beautiful ratio in harmony

except earth stressed cloudless or storm dangerous
when not climate change happy due to deforestation
sun baking wastelands once virgin forest Amazon happy
apparently profit centered corporations paid politicians
creating tree stump deserts sand wastelands did not know

'earth wouldn't survive without water so long may it stay'

corporations politicians
better learn ecosystem rain
droplet diversity stories
