Each And Every Day Poem by Mason Maestro

Each And Every Day

I refuse to excuse what is kind to the abuse
But it's there and it's happening to us each and every day
As we stroll through the store, we cannot forget what it's for
But the dinner's always waiting for us each and every day

What you eat or what you treat isn't what you planned for it to be
But you'll have what you wanted to each and every day
Does it suit to eat fruit? For organic will we loot?
Engineered, for it is feared as we consume it every day

Now we know as we grow and this knowledge will soon flow
We're forsaken, no mistake in being wrong for just one day
Don't forget, for it's said, that Codex is on its way
If you're divvying or giving up your supplements along the way
Like a zombie, you will be, if you remain on your knees
It's your diet, don't be quiet, keep fighting each and every day
