Green, green grass of home,
Autumn is nearly come.
The ponds are down
Almost to the ground.
The drought is here,
and so appear
Some thirsty deer.
No water dear,
I fear.

A fellow artist painted green trees from her backyard with a drying pond and some deer standing on the slope seeking water.
