Drinking From Greek Source. Poem by Marcondes Pereira

Drinking From Greek Source.

Rome,
beloved home.
Tells us your military
story.
Homer blessed Virgil, then Aeneid came,
and the flight of Aeneas brought the Rome's flame.

Rome drank from Greek source,
a source that still guides our course.
A mix of angelic grace and devilish curse.
There are fragments in religion, music and scientific resource.
