Dreams Poem by C.H. Seow

Dreams

Rating: 2.9

Dreams are often yours and mine
Of pearl white roses and Clementine
To the day it’s handed to you on valentine
Moments of these were often sweet and fine

Dreams were like stars beyond that
Fades away as it took all we had

Shuddered dreams of pieces broken
Torn apart as desires taken

To where we were dreams send us there
As dreams bear life’s goodness and sear

That burns in our soul
Till wonders unfold

Dreams are often sealed with unshaken mystery
Sometimes too with misery
Hush, listen where we may be
Somewhere in dream’s destiny
