Dreamality Poem by Dani Miller

Dreamality

A Shiver down my spine
And a moment of Shock,
Two pulse rates that
Seem to interlock.

A moment of desbelief
And a blast of cold air,
Two hearts that have
One beat shared.

Unexplainable things
That make my head spin,
Here I go, Lost
In thought of you again.

If all this happens just
When you speak my name,
When I actually see you
Will I go insane?

I hear your whispers in my ear
All throughout the day...
Confusion because I do and dont
Want them to ever go away.

I feel a grip on my hand
And there you stand.

I fade back into reality...
You fade into another fantasy...

So are these fantasies or visions?
I can never seem to know.
They arent real but will one day happen...
But 'One day' is coming too slow.

You are my lullabye as I go to sleep...
The last voice I hear...
The last face I see...
Because when I close my eyes...
You are there.

Our dreams feel so real...
They seem like reality...
so I guess they could only be
A dreamality.
