Don'T Read My Diary! Poem by Grace Pantaleo

Don'T Read My Diary!

It was a blue Monday,
when things went astray,
the day never will I forget,
cause in me hatred was built,
a best person, the best of all,
rolled my mind like a ball,
I had no family only her,
I knew none but her,
She came to me that day,
and said had something to say.

'From the day I saw you,
I never really liked you,
but since you had wealth,
after your dad's death,
inheritance for the only son,
I did what to be done,
get close to you Q,
I've never loved you,
except for what you had,
you give all I need,
but my heart is so mean,
n' now you have nothing,
cause we spent it all,
now I can't stand it at all,
I'm moving to the next level,
I'll find a new label,
cause I'm no longer your fellow.'

I'm writing this to my diary,
to remind me now and then,
it's mine n' only mine,
a beautiful big black diary,
memories neither do I want to burn,
nor do I wish to bury,
wherever you find this diary,
it's mine, don't read my Diary.
