Don't Let The World Stand In Your Way Poem by Marquita Lawson

Don't Let The World Stand In Your Way

Dear Lord I am troubled today
Please guard whatever I say
Let my brothers and sisters know
Because of You I love them so
Don't let the world stand in Your way

Don't let our passions or lusts fill our mind
Let our actions always be kind
Lord please prepare us for
What each day has in store
Don't let the world stand in Your way

Don't let the World stand in Your way, Dear Jesus
Humble the pride in our souls
Don't let the World stand in Your way, Dear Jesus
Touch us and make us whole.

Lord, I lay this down at Your feet
Let me walk in fellowship sweet
Let my brothers and sisters know
Because of You I love them so
Don't let the world stand in Your way
