Doctor's Are Limited Poem by Michael P. Johnson

Doctor's Are Limited

Rating: 4.0

We hear of surgeons healing sight
We hear now blind may see
But yet they fail to see the light
That comes through Jesus free

We hear of death defiant skills
Of sicknesses retreat
But still the devil steals and kills
And brings the soul defeat

To what great heights yet doctors strain
However skilled their hands
Certain limits will man remain
Regardless how he plans

Though even death now seems to wait
May close a time its door
But one day all must share the fate
That God has set before

Whatever good on earth is done
What deed we’re seen to do
God’s true glory will come to none
For He alone stands true

It’s Christ who heals, who opens eyes
Who makes God’s children well
Who’s Key and Door to paradise
Who keeps us out of hell

It’s Christ who gives a surgeon skill
Who guides their hand each day
Who by His might, His wondrous will
Shows each of us The Way

Give thanks to God and to His Christ
Glorify God’s true Son
Lets praise The Lamb God sacrificed
For all on earth He’s done…
