Do Not Trouble A Passing Skunk Poem by Terence George Craddock

Do Not Trouble A Passing Skunk

Rating: 5.0

some women seem to have the personality of a skunk
not to be outdone men can share the personality of a skunk
a beautiful dress code if you like shades in black white

now a skunk by nature is inquisitive in daily business
leave the skunk alone give a skunk a wide avoidance path
wise people with a nose for trouble leave the skunk alone

what happens if you trouble a skunk back skunk into corner
you guessed it tail goes up prepare to receive God awful smell
wise people with a nose for trouble give skunk a wide berth

be careful a skunk can quickly stink up your life

Fine metaphor, my friend. Well-composed with imagery many of us have experienced!
