Do Not Speak In Anger

When you are angry,
do not speak.
When in doubt
pray for help
for a clear mind.
When you are tired
take a nap and rest
a while, to get up again
with renewed strength
to work and accomplish.
Always cultivate a mind
to raise your thoughts
to the Almighty God.
