Dion – A Real Talent (Slightly Modified) A Poet In Song; Poem by David Child

Dion – A Real Talent (Slightly Modified) A Poet In Song;

The night was warm
The sun was down but’ dawn
The stars in ‘sky above the town;
The moon rolled above
The whispering breath – ‘promise love
There was no sound; but lips to meet
The ‘stair creaked ’neath my feet
The air was still; to your room
The scent of faint perfume;
The eyes ‘soft hands surround;
They opened slow
The air was still
The uncharted love explore
