Dense Black Poem by D.N. Rebb

Dense Black

Rating: 5.0

You can't live forever,
But sure should at least try
Don't lodge under pressure
Or judge through eyes, so high

Have you found a short cut?
To the infernal region
The back road remains shut
While dealing with your demons

A hopeless hollow heart,
So inaccessible
Forgot how to play the part
Before it all got labelled

So why look for this fast track?
Once there, you can't go back
The door closes and stays dark
In this realm of dense black
