Deception

She was gifted with a heart
From the gods of love and passion
She was living far apart
From from the lands of deep compassion
Never did she really know
Human love was all deception
Now the world began to show
Love was more like the exception
There was always love to give
Her heart was open to us all
Should she ever us forgive
Or do we all deserve to fall
