Death And Misery Poem by Darren Harris

Death And Misery

Rating: 1.5

Why can’t life be simple?
Who do things go wrong?
Why the hell am I here?
Why do I feel I don’t belong?
What is life anyway?
You’re born and then you die,
There is not much in-between,
Only death and misery, why?
You’re taught to love and care for,
On this place called earth,
But there’s only death and misery,
From the day of your birth,
They say that there’s a heaven,
A place where we all go,
They also say that theirs a god,
But that’s bullshit and you all know,
Death and misery is all there is,
We’ve all seen it, that is true,
But if I’m wrong and there is a god,
When I meet him I’ll tell him, F**k You.
