Death Poem by kennedy musyoka

Death

death come beconing me,
i aint afraid to go,
if the cloaked gentleman says my name,
what else am i to do?
when the time comes for me to bade farewell,
you alive dont shed tears for me,
i lived my life to the fullest,
what i didnt get to do is a dream,
when the door is knocked i wont run from it,
rejoice yee all coz all of the us shall feel, if its not you to lead the way to the grave,
in your life you will see and lose them loved,
death is a destination life is a journey,
if i get there first know my journey i tried,
i made use of that route to make it to the destination,
what you need to do now is make yours worthwhile,
every second of the journey depends on you,
never live in regrets and the wish i had dones',
if the dark angel comes for me now,
id say goodbye to the one to me i love,
if you were to die today wat would you tell death,
am not ready mr come for me later?

To answer the last line - begone death, off with you, we've got too much living to do yet!
