Dear Life
Dear Life...
You have certainly
Given me your best shot,
Perhaps I have fallen
To the ground,
But still I
Hold my head high
And let the love
In my heart
Be my strength.
For I may be
As delicate as a flower,
And as sweet as nectar
But dear life,
When I give you
My best shot,
You will have to think
Not once, but twice
To take me on.
