you love him but hes with her
shes everything you wish you were
he feels your pain and is always there
apart of you wishes that he would more than just care
but your hurt inside because you know the truth
you want him but does he want you?
he loves you yes, but he doesnt want that
so all the pain you feel inside is just an act
theres nothing wrong, yet you pretend
hoping that maybe someone would be your friend
you cry your tears but all the while
your face is frowning but inside theres a smile
you fake a emotion to get them to care
but the ironic part is theres no one there
so all tears you cried was all is vain
now a brusied heart is all that remains
dear amber can you please explain
was all the pretending worth going insane?
