Are you walking through life more dead than alive?
Are your days filled with nonsense and jive?
Do alcohol and drugs give you your high?
Is it not having things of this world that makes you cry

Are you seeking something to fill the loneliness in your heart?
If to change the things in your life you want to start,
But you are so mired in the darkness of sin,
You just can't seem to find the way to begin.

Look around you at God's creation
Fill your lungs with fresh air in respiration.
Fill your mind with God's word for inspiration.
The Holy Spirit will pull you away from all temptation.

You will find God's forgiveness and grace,
Will put a song in your heart and a smile on your face
