Daylight Poem by sabrina spriggs

Daylight

Rating: 5.0

the shadow that I see are greater
my thoughts in my mind
like no other in my mind
I see you in the moonlight and wonder
the finest hours in my life
my heart ache
there was hope
to chase the sun filled with happiness
hold on tight
and I see the dark moon
I cried in the rain and sleepless nights
I had to fight back in life
look up at the see star's
now I see you in the light
I was in the dark place here
with the candles burning
I've been walking on this path
and I have see angels in heaven
