Day when tired
Sleeps in the arms of dusk
Night when awakes
Awake with the song of dawn
Sun when lonely
Goes to moon for love
Moon when alone
Is surrounded with stars
Seasons change every year
From summer to winter
Winter to rain
Moon shrinks every fortnight
And every fortnight increases
Flowers bloom at the sun rays
Trees grow an inch by night
Water of the waterfalls
Meets the river
And river facing all hurdles
Flows towards a beloved sea
But...
I stand here and here
Like a humble- strong
Like a modest- courageous
Mountain sturdy
Sad! With a smile
Sheltering and protecting
Hugging everybody
With all the loneliness
No one asking, why
I wave many good byes?
with tear filled eyes
But...
I stand here and here
Waiting for my beloved
Like an earth meeting a sky
I wait and wait
Like a changing time
Past meeting present and
Present meeting future
