Cursing God Poem by Moth Harris

Cursing God

To exist is only to breathe
and under our breath we swear.
Cursing this world that gave us breath
Cursing this, the fact that we exist
but loving to curse it by it's symbolic name.
Oh god, almighty why do we curse you
This athiest, this non believer.
That we've become, deny you
The intelegent design, we curse
We swear, this burden is your cause
Your fault, but why are we just standing here
cursing your name?
