Crossing Paths

On the trail,
on the way of going to that place,
I was waiting for.
I might fail
try not to face
my problems anymore.
Is it really worth the wait?
To find the perfect person
who is my soulmate
making me feel complete
after being unwanted,
To find a reason
the perfect purpose,
someone to be relied on,
after being so mistreated.
Why does it have to be a long journey?
Taking so many years of lonliness,
but someday someone will
cross paths with me...
