Covid-19 Poem by Adnan Shafi

You lethal virus
of China, I despise
you,
Really, you create
a riot in me with
Your hasty arriving
in many countries!

China!

If you are wealthy
If you are progressive
If you can technologize
the things;
then hold your breath
and start exploring
and working;
Forge something new,

It is an urgency to be
accomplished.

There is no need in
Inventing mobiles Chinese
with almost all functions
and demanding low
price;
And no need for building
a hospital in 9 days;

The need is for inventing
a substance to quell or
raze this lethal virus.

We have been successively
gossiping for years around
the advancement that you
have but alas!

Soon, all,195 countries, have
turned red; they have gone
blind;

They all with such a robust
advancement, are relaxing in
their snug beds weighing
their notions of eyeing how
the world is going to be wan-
-ed by this lethal virus.

If you can't do anything, let
you proclaim before the world,
your all improvements have
been flunked before Almighty
Allah;

Certainly serious, when He
sends his Azaab to the world,
then,
All Antibiotics, vaccines, subs-
-tances, agents, become futile
and don't help at all.
