Cover up the truth with something pretty
Disguise it in the lies that want to see
Hide it form their sight, so the perception
stays as far from the truth as it could be

Deny whatever truth it is they ask for
you know it only serves to stain the senses
Speak only in the words that they are used
the secret guarded words of our defences

Show yourself and they will only hurt you
buy who you are so deep within
If you dwell in the company of lairs
no matter what you do, you'll never win
