Countrification Poem by bill costley

Countrification

Countrification

My father's country*
was his* home for a while;
taken elsewhere** at an early age,
he adopted mine**.

I went back to his* seeking refuge,
was warmly accepted there*,
but had to return to mine**.

From here** I'm observing
what his* country's now undergoing.

Will I go back again? When? Why?
