Continuity Poem by Jack Worthington

Continuity

Rating: 5.0

Throughout the ages past and yet to come
In an ocean of pride and cynicism
Hearts filled with truth are never undone
Just as light comes through a prism.

Humanity is a concept, something cold and abstract
But the world if full of people, of flesh and blood intact
All the hidden plans of evil men laid bare
Are shown to the world by those who dare.

Pure hearts will always prevail
Dwelling here or beyond the earthly bounds
The gates of hell shall not assail
Timeless continuity never comes unwound.
