Constantly There Poem by Jay Reynolds

Constantly There

Sometimes words
evade
Sometimes silence
destroys
Sometimes I
don't feel
Sometimes the sky's
are grey

When it rains
ohhh god it
feels so good

When it calls
my name

You see, its constantly there
like places that gather dust
like the
attic
basement
garage

finally
we met one day
face to face
I said
I
know
your
name
