Close To You

I love it when you look in my eyes and speak my name.
And when we embrace the pounding of my heart, I cannot contain
I stand before you and you hold my heart within your hands
I will always be there, for you, no matter what the demands

To be close to you, is all that I want
Having you with me is something I'll flaunt
Just holding you close and having you near
Sharing all our joys together forever my dear

And when you shed some tears, I would
Be there to soothe you the very best, I could
Standing close to you, under star filled skies,
Leaves me breathless as I gaze into your eyes.

There's music in the air, you make it all seem well
You've enchanted me so long, I am under your spell.
Hold me now, and for always I want you to know
I'll be yours forever; and it will always be so
