Chocolates Poem by Tango

Chocolates

Rating: 5.0

Chocolates
Red roses, violets blue,
here is a box of chocolates,
just for you.

Savour them gently one, by one,
tease them gently with your tongue.

As they slide down, think of me,
pretend that we are together,
completely lost in the arms
of ecstasy.

Wow! ! ! ! I being a chocoholic was merrily imagining eating up that luscious confection.... and you changed direction on a dime and nearly broke my neck! ! ! Your poem was rather seductive in both directions, but I am a wee bit put out- - there is no chocolate in the house. Well-written, my friend.
