Chillin' Wit Da Homies Poem by Ghost Legend

Chillin' Wit Da Homies

It's nothing new
He's just a kind, regular dude
She's nothing similar
A friend, her sister-figure
Don't misconstrue
They're just a tightly-knit crew
And the string loosens a bit
Gives away everything

Automatically
I'm almost not even me
Sarcastically
Gone, missing, flyers, papers,
Everywhere
And nowhere
You're not here
Even though you are
Said hide and seek is pretty fun
But she's present for them

Saturday night
Burgers and fries
It's alright
Studying time
Wednesday, field trip day
It's okay, they just said hey

Just saying hey
Again,
And again
And again
It never ends
It's anyone
Everyone
I'm nothing

They're just friends.
