Childhood Poem by Belleza Edella Marian SwanCullen

Childhood

~♥ ♦ ♥ ~

A time of sweet innocence
Not ignorance but simple sense.

A blank slate of mind
Looking for answers and so they shall find

For the world outside their own, they care not
Lest the world outside causes their play to be cut

Simple problems had simple solutions
If it's big, then they shall start their evasions.

They are filled with different emotions
And they are easy to interpret by their motions

They never hide their thoughts
They say and show all their truths

They sing and play and dance
As if no one can see a glance

Well, that's how I view
That complex term called 'childhood'
