Chasing Birds In The Park Poem by Les Farrow

Chasing Birds In The Park

Chasing birds in the park
Your funny little yappy bark,
Waggy tail, pointy ears
Thought we'd have you here for years.
But you were with us just one week
When you decided it was time for your big sleep.
But for that week you filled our world
How we loved you little girl.
You fell asleep in our arms
Listening to us till the end
Surrounded by our love so right.
Sleep well Foxy
Goodnight.

What a nice tribute for your dog. I have a rescued dog named Lulu and one day too, she will go over the rainbow bridge.
