Chances And Probability And Me Poem by Jade Leven

Chances And Probability And Me

Rating: 5.0

I don't even want to know what the odds are
I'll either make it and be grateful or not get very far
I don't even want to know what anyone but you is thinking
let's just pretend it's 50/50, like we're floating or we're sinking
everything I've always wanted could fade away
so I'll live for the next second, the next minute, the next day
I'll just keep on living
and I'll hope the world just keeps on giving

because I think I have a chance in hell
of getting through and doing well
a chance in a lifetime, a chance in a million
I guess it's a matter of the _____ and who fills it in
but I hope that I will get the chance
to take a chance
I really hope that I will get the chance
to tell you that I love you

I love this, and I agree. I don't want to know the odds either. -Storm
