They say you're gone too soon, but I say God's timing is right.

Many people do not accomplish what they were here for, before we say, "Good night."

In your case, this is not so because in 43 years you accomplished so much.

By anointing, courage, determination, favor and grace with the Master's touch.

You portrayed an athlete, historical figures, heroes, an entertainer and a king.

You embodied every role with integrity, and skill, bringing excellence to the big screen.

You made us feel the anger and intensity that racial tension caused Jackie Robinson to feel.

You danced with precision when you played James Brown and your singing was the real deal.

You look nothing like Thurgood Marshall at all, but with your acting we couldn't tell.

It was like we were listening to the Supreme Court Justice himself, you played the role so well.

When you became King of Wakanda, what an iconic star you became.

Every role you played was phenomenal, but this even made children know your name.

Your name, Chadwick, is unique and means "From the Warrior's Town."

A true warrior is who you were, staying true to your God-given purpose on the ground.

With your intellect and strong stance, you made your African American brothers and sisters proud.

Even more than that, you were a brave humanitarian and your life's actions spoke very loud.

You will be missed in the physical sense, but your legacy will die never.

You left an indelible impression in the world, and we will see Chadwick Boseman Forever! M
