Cece Turns Two - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

Cece Turns Two - Lincoln Park Zoo

Cece, the penguin, has turned two.
The keepers gave him an ice cake
Here at home in Lincoln Park Zoo.
And hatchday boy did merrymake,
Using his beak he chipped away
At the ice so as to get at
Nesting material array
For his nest in the habitat.
Cece is serious about
Making his nest a comfy place,
And thus was excited no doubt
Getting gifts to best nest showcase.

Happy Hatchday two year old Cece,
Now building that awesome nest to be.
