Butcher Poem by ben myles

Butcher

the butcher at the corner
preaches his beliefs on
unsuspected rabbi's and
priests.

the religious community
frowns upon him behind
his back at sunday
church service.

he ignores their casual
clothes and subtle
rudeness. he doesn't
deal with beef on his
days off.
