Burdens Poem by Kev Elmer

Burdens

Rating: 5.0

Let me take some of your pain,
a tortued soul I will remain,
the hope of a glimpse of a smile,
I know the pain will be worth while.

So pass your pain to me my friend,
and in return the light I'll send,
to free the burdens of your soul,
together we will fill that hole.

I remember your glowing light,
I hope it returns tonight,
let's show the world what you can be,
create a smile for us all to see.
