Broken Path Poem by james tj24

Broken Path

As the unbroken path reveals itself once beneath the leaves.
It's seen not as a road, not as a path, but a gateway to the past.
When pride could not be taken by a sneer remark.
When you knew who you were. And innocence the only trait and
confusion was just a mere thing in a book.
