Broken Angel Poem by Katheryn Foley

A broken angel with a broken crown,

A restless angel that has fallen to the ground,

so weak she felt there was no help, she knew her life was through.

but a voice came into her head, and this is what it said,

' Don't give up your only a child, it will take time to mend this pile,

of broken wings and shattered dreams, this is not a dead end.'

so she stayed strong as life pushed on,

towards a light of a dream that once was tattered.
