Booza Poem by Dean du Preez

Booza

Rating: 5.0

Trust your heart
Ignore your head

Instinct will hurt you less than the demons in your head

Go go go where you wanna go
Why waste time to go with the flow

Happiness does not frequent all the wrong places
Delusion's intrusions hold all the aces

Even in your youth
Tread slow
Especially in your youth
When you don't always know
Divulging in your youth
Accept nothing but the truth
Blinded by your youth
You actually walk alone
No place like home
You walk alone

Drunkenness is your pleasurable enemy
Now there is one, when once there were three

If you don't drink don't
If i could go back
I sure as hell wont!
