Good books are worth their weight in gold;
Whatever the cost, buy them, if sold;
Their value stays even if old;
A lot of knowledge, they unfold!
What toil the authors put to write;
Research for months sees their limelight;
What struggles, they endure day, night!
Some books unopened stay to sight.
The house of knowledge – library,
Has turned to be now contrary;
Treasures of words, books do carry;
All minds and hearts should ken marry!
Top libraries have myriad books;
What matters is inside, not looks;
Some books have details about spooks;
Men have to change their ken outlooks.
Buying of books is costly now;
They need much space to keep them, oh!
They educate all people, wow;
To books, we must our heads, all bow!
