The sky is dressed,
In intense blue,
Bringing, so many
Memories of you,
The way I felt
When we first met
Right then and there
I knew,
That love had come
Not even dreaming
It would bring.
Blue skies for me
Blue skies for you.

I can't forget
How deep love was
That once together,
The blue, blue sky
Belonged to us!
Yet happiness,
A short caress,
Love, finally found
Love, easily drowned
In Life's eternal,
Constant sway
And though we owned
The blue, blue sky,
We could not change
What lives, what dies.
