Blue Moon Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Blue Moon

Simple man,
With the muse of the blue moon;
Simple woman,
With the muse of the blue moon;
Memorial, manorial!
The writer,
The Printer,
Tiger, tigress!
Please, don't go that far.

Cat, cast!
I love you but,
Life isn't fair on my side.
Love!
I need you always here;
By my side.
Love!
Don't drive me away;
Please, let me stay beside you.

Life!
I really know whatever i've been through;
In the name of this love.
The muse of love!
You do live inmy heart;
Like the muse of the beauty of life.
Time,
Pages,
Information;
Like the muse of the winepress in your yard.
