Blissful shower

As promised, You came
this year also, oh Mother
bless everyone
with a slice of your valour.

Here calamity abounds
demonic forces dance around
here there is a crush of dream
there, a light loses its beam.

Darkness rules unrestrained
minds are chained
too much freedom or less of it,
tilts the balance.

In this autumnal air
and divine hour
everyone looks towards you
for a blissful shower.
